Refund Policy: 50% refund through July 31, 2014. No refunds after July 31, 2014.
Registration charges include all conference material, coffee breaks, lunches, reception with Pizza Dinner on the evening of October 10, and conference banquet on the evening of October 11.
Applicants for the Young Researcher Award should register only after a decision has been made on their application.
Delegates (particularly from foreign countries) who want to pay by check should follow the instructions provided at the online registration link.
