REU project in mathematical biology

Professors Jan Rychtar and Jonathan Rowell successfully completed the second summer of the NSF funded REU project in mathematical biology. They worked with 10 undergraduate students coming to UNCG for 10 weeks (mid May- end of July). The students came from Grinnell College, Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Gonzaga University, Northern Kentucky University, Mercer University, UNCG (two students), Winthrop University, Florida Southern College, and Texas Christian University.
