PTI Airport is located 14 km/9 miles WNW ofGreensboro. The PTI Airport has a contracted taxi/shuttle service. Currentlytaxi cabs are not allowed to line up outside the terminal. It is necessary tobuy a taxi or shuttle ticket at a booth in the middle of the lower (baggage)level of the airport. A taxi ride to Downtown Greensboro currently costs $22;and a shuttle is $19; the shuttle runs hourly on the half hour. See
