Regional Mathematics and Statistics Conference

Registration 2019

All conference participants should register by filling out the registration form. If you plan to present your research project at the conference (students only), then you should submit an abstract at the time of registration through the registration form. Please make sure to read the abstract submission guidelines before registering for the conference.

Registration for the conference is free, and we have limited funds for travel support. Preference for travel funding will be given to students who will present their research and for students who travel in organized groups. Please fill out the corresponding part of the registration form if you want to request travel support.

Oral presentations have a strict time limit of 15 minutes, which includes time for questions from the audience and change of speakers. Your actual presentation should therefore be timed for 10-12 minutes. Please have your presentation on a flash drive, so that it can be uploaded to the computer station in the classroom. PDF format is preferred because it minimizes compatibility issues. The use of a blackboard/whiteboard will likely not be possible. Using computer stations in the classrooms makes transitions between talks much faster and easier. The computers will have internet access.

All posters must be set up on Saturday morning through the poster session coordinator. We will provide basic set up equipment.
