Brief Biography

Bud Sanders graduated with a BA in mathematics in 1991 and an MA in 1993. While at UNCG, he completed a thesis under the direction of Dr. Paul Duvall in the area of dynamical systems. Bud then continued his study of mathematics under the direction of Dr. Robert Daverman at the University of Tennessee where he received a Ph.D. in mathematics (topology) in 1999.  Later he was the Chair of the Department of Mathematics and Computational Science at the University of South Carolina Beaufort.
